Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with endocrine disorders such as diabetes, thyroid disease, and hormonal imbalances
• Provide ongoing care, treatment planning, and follow-ups
• Perform patient education on disease management and lifestyle modifications 🥗
• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams 🤝
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in endocrinology preferred (but not always required)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
