What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Endocrinology APP, you will play a vital role in managing a wide range of endocrine and metabolic conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
• Managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic diseases
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Prescribing and managing medications, including insulin therapies and hormone replacements
• Educating patients and families on lifestyle modifications, disease management, and preventive care
• Performing follow-ups and ongoing monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
• Assisting with procedures such as thyroid FNA and continuous glucose monitor (CGM) placement
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation within EMR systems

Schedule & Practice Details:

• Full-time position
• Practice locations: New Windsor, NY & Monroe, NY
• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
• Structured outpatient setting with strong clinical support

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Active New York state license as NP or PA
• Board certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in endocrinology
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Preferred Background:

• Experience managing diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, or other endocrine conditions
• Interest or additional training in endocrinology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems (experience with ECW is a plus)
