Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Endocrinology APP to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic, team-based environment. You’ll work closely with a board-certified endocrinologist to manage a wide range of conditions including:
✔️ Diabetes
✔️ Thyroid disorders
✔️ Osteoporosis
✔️ Adrenal & pituitary disorders
✔️ Metabolic conditions

Key Responsibilities
👩⚕️ Conduct comprehensive patient assessments & develop treatment plans
📊 Manage chronic endocrine conditions (diabetes, thyroid, etc.)
💊 Prescribe & manage medications including insulin therapies
📚 Educate patients on lifestyle changes & disease management
🤝 Collaborate with physicians & multidisciplinary teams
🔄 Provide follow-ups and continuity of care
🧪 Assist with procedures like thyroid FNA & CGM insertion
📝 Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Required Qualifications
🎓 Master’s degree (NP or PA program)
📜 Active NP/PA license
🏅 Board certification (NP/PA)
⏳ Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (Endocrinology preferred)
🧠 Strong clinical & diagnostic skills
💬 Excellent communication & patient-centered approach
💻 EMR proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
✔️ Experience in endocrinology or chronic disease management
✔️ Interest or certification in endocrine care
✔️ Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills
