- Other details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 12 patients per shift. The schedule is M-F, 8am-5pm. Provider will need to be able to float between sites as coverage is needed.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage an average of 12 patients per shift
* Float between multiple sites as needed to provide coverage
* Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality care
* Follow facility protocols and maintain patient safety
Qualifications
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in relevant specialty
* Experience in endocrinology preferred
* Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* On-site clinical hours only
* Flexibility to float between sites as needed
Skills
* Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients efficiently
* Knowledge of endocrinology treatments and protocols
