Asante Health System is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Endocrinology team in beautiful Southern Oregon. Our advanced practice providers see patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, manage patients on insulin pumps and multi-dose insulin injections as well as troubleshoot continuous glucose sensors. They also treat a smaller number of established patients having non-diabetic endocrine conditions such as hypothyroidism and osteoporosis. This is a 100% outpatient position. At least 2 years of Endocrinology experience is required.
