JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Active Board certification
  
• Licenses: Active unrestricted Tennessee license, Active DEA registration with Tennessee address
  
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA with Tennessee address; schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, 5
  
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS required
  
• Experience: 2 years recent Emergency Medicine or acute care preferred; new graduates considered
  
• Other Qualifications: Documentation of MMR/Varicella immunizations or positive titers, Two-Step TB test within 12 months, Chest X-ray if TB positive, QuantiFERON Gold accepted, Case logs for previous 2 years, Preeclampsia-Eclampsia CME
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage emergency department patients in a Level II Trauma Center with 47,000 annual visits
  
• Collaborate with emergency medicine physicians and APP colleagues in a high-volume practice
  
• Perform emergency procedures within scope of practice and under physician supervision
  
• Document patient encounters and manage care using Epic EMR
  
• Adhere to all facility credentialing, privileging, and compliance requirements
