- Additional Notes:
- State-of-the-art emergency department features 2 trauma rooms and 21 specialized treatment rooms – 2 of which are designed specifically for pediatric patients.

Qualifications
- Must have active Indiana Medical License and DEA
- Experience: 5 Years
- Board Certified: Emergency Medicine (prefer ATLS)
- No Family Medicine Board Certifications
- Internal Medicine Board Certification with ATLS and experience will be considered
- ACLS/BLS
