Join EM Alliance in Southern California!
EM Alliance is actively recruiting Physician Assistants for two hospital-based Emergency Departments in Southern California: Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital. Be part of a collaborative team focused on high-quality emergency care and community partnerships. This is a full-time W2 position with full benefits and a competitive base plus bonus compensation structure.
Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital:
- ~50,000 Annual ED Visits per site
- 3 PA shifts per day at each site
Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts
- Recruiting for a blend of Night Shift (6pm-4am) and Mid Shift (1pm-midnight)
Scope of Practice:
- PAs see all patient types with the following exclusions: trauma activations, code strokes, pregnant patients over 20 weeks, and SART patients.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base plus bonus. Current APPs at these sites are earning an all-in rate of $94-116 per hour
- W2 employment with full benefits
