APP - Field Based - Ridgewood, NJ
Overview:
I am working with a national organization who is a mobile health organization for their full time and permanent NP/PA opportunities in the Ridgewood area. This provider led organization specializes and is known for their hospital at home care model for urgent care/ER type visits.
Work-Life Balance: This will get you out of a busy Urgent Care seeing more patients a day. Looking for an APP with at least two years of experience in urgent care, emergency or family medicine working with high acuity patients.
What You’ll Do:
• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnose conditions
• Interpret point-of-care diagnostics (EKG, labs, imaging)
• Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, wound care, and IV therapy
• Initiate treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis and care plans
Schedule & Compensation:
• 10-hour shifts (8AM–6PM or 12PM-10PM)
• Competitive base salary with quarterly and annual bonuses
