About the Opportunity

Delphi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the team at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, New York.

This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative emergency department environment with strong APP support and clinical autonomy. Providers will manage a broad range of emergency cases and procedures while delivering high-quality care to the local community.

Located along the St. Lawrence River in Northern New York, Ogdensburg offers a welcoming community, scenic waterfront views, and access to outdoor recreation while remaining within driving distance of larger metropolitan areas.

Position Highlights

• W2 employment opportunity
• 12-hour APP shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Additional APP support: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
• Emergency Department volume: Approximately 13,000 visits annually
• EMR system: T-System
• Clinical responsibilities include: managing acute emergencies, running codes, intubations, line placements, trauma care, and other emergency procedures.
• Minimum requirement: 7 years of Emergency Medicine experience
