Start Date: April/May
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Shift Details: Mids: Noon start (open to 8, 9, or 10hr shifts)
Schedule: Mon-Sun
Work Details:
· Support staff: 24/hr MD support on site or within 5 min drive. For mid Shift there will be another PA on site.
· Patients per day: 20-30 pts per day
· Patient population/age: All ages Peds to Geriatric. 6 babies born in the last 6 months
· Department description: ED: Critical Access with Trauma Level 4 (7 rooms. 2 Trauma bays that can take 4 patients each)
· EMR: Athena in clinic (might use), Medhost and EDIS (Mostly EDIS) Willing to train on those.
· Hospital bed size: 57 beds
· Special procedures:
· Skills required: Emergency ultrasound experience required
Practice Setting:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: MN
· DEA: Yes
· CSR:
· Certifications preferred: PALS and APLS
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, ATLS or CALS.
· Minimum experience required: 3 years minimum of Emergency Medicine Exp
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

- Inhouse ambulance transfers as well as Helipad to trauma center.

· Patient population/age: All ages Peds to Geriatric. 6 babies born in the last 6 months
