💼 Position: Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)

💰 Compensation & Bonus:
• $90/hour for qualified PA/NP providers
• $60,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 3 years)
• $20,000 paid within the first 6 months of employment

🏥 Your Role:
• Provide high-quality care in a fast-paced urgent care environment
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions
• Manage both adult and pediatric patients
• Work alongside a collaborative and supportive healthcare team
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused medical community

✅ Minimum Qualifications:
• 12+ months experience in Emergency Medicine or high-volume Urgent Care
• Active PA or Family Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York
• PA: Board Certified through NCCPA
• FNP: Board Certified through AANP or ANCC

⭐ Preferred Experience:
• 18 months ER experience or 2+ years in high-volume urgent care
• Comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients
