Step into an exciting emergency medicine role in a high-volume, Level 3 ED! Provide independent care in a fast-track area, manage acute cases, and collaborate with a dynamic team of physicians and residents. Perfect for NPs and PAs with a passion for urgent care, critical thinking, and hands-on patient management.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat patients across all acuity levels
• Collaborate with attending physicians for guidance and complex cases
• Manage diagnostic orders, patient assessments, and treatment plans
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation and compliance with protocols
• Support a high-volume ED with ~110 patients/day
Qualifications
• Active state license (Michigan)
• ACLS & ATLS certified
• 2+ years recent Emergency Medicine experience required
• Strong decision-making and independent clinical judgment
