Position Overview**

This is a fast-paced intensive care environment caring for high-acuity patients and offering broad exposure to complex cardiac, surgical, and medical conditions. The role provides meaningful collaboration with attending physicians and emphasizes professional growth within a team-based care model.

* Serve as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants

Who You Are
* Available to work 24 hours per week, including weekly overnight shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
* Willing to rotate through every third weekend and holidays
* Passionate about providing care to a diverse patient population across all age groups
* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or as a Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
* Current CPR certification required
* Minimum of 1–2 years of critical care experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred
* New graduates with a strong ICU nursing or training background will be considered
