Physician Assistant – Urgent Care/Emergency (Evening Shift) – Sacramento Suburb, CA
Opportunity Highlights
- Permanent, onsite position in a busy urgent care/emergency setting
- Evening shift, 32 hrs/week
- Weekdays: 12:30 PM–8:30 PM; Weekends: 9:30/10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Includes rotating weekends; schedule alternates weekly
- Autonomy in managing patient care with physician support
- Perform exams, order diagnostics, wound care, suturing, and urgent care procedures
- May assist with rounding, admissions, perioperative care
Qualifications
- ARC-PA graduate with active California PA license, NCCPA certification, BLS, and NPI
- 1+ year urgent care/ED experience (3–5 years preferred for senior role)
- Fluoroscopy permit (if applicable) required within 18 months
- Strong teamwork and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $147,200–$259,100/year, based on experience and level
- Sign-on bonus up to 10% of salary
