- Additional Details: Outreach: No Telehealth: No Job Responsibilities: Function as sole provider covering ED and Med/Surg Number of Physicians: 2 Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 1 Supervision of APP(s) expected: No Nursing Support: 1 provider, 2 RNs Ancillary Staff per provider: 1 Paramedic, occasionally CNAs and NPNs Procedures offered in the practice: Emergency Care, Inpatient, Skilled Care Number of Exam Rooms per provider: 2 Medical Imaging: Yes Lab & Pharmacy: Yes Clinic Provider Daily Volume: ER average 3.6 patients Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: Med/Surg 1.4 patients EMR: EPIC Temp Privilege is an option. Emergency Privileges is not.
