Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide emergency medical care and interventions in a fast-paced environment
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute and urgent medical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary teams to coordinate patient care
- Document all patient encounters and clinical findings in the Epic EMR system
- Utilize advanced life support skills as required for emergency cases
Additional Information
- Recent ER experience in similar size facilities required
- Must hold a valid Physician Assistant license in North Carolina
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
