Intensive Care Unit – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Mass

Your Impact**
* Serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
* Manage and coordinate care for critically ill patients while enhancing patient outcomes.

Schedule
* Part-time (24 hours/week)
* Shifts include overnights (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), rotating every third weekend and holidays
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
* Current Massachusetts licensure as NP or PA
* CPR certification required
* 1–2 years of ICU or Critical Care experience preferred; exceptional new graduates with strong ICU backgrounds will be considered
* Strong clinical skills with a passion for caring for a diverse patient population
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
