Delphi Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Emergency Medicine team. This position offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time availability, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care in supportive community hospital settings.
Position Overview
The Emergency Medicine APP will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate is confident practicing independently, experienced with emergency procedures, and comfortable managing a wide range of acute conditions.
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $80 – $90 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
-
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting to the Emergency Department

Perform essential emergency procedures, including intubation, central lines, and other critical interventions

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

Document patient encounters in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 3 years of independent Emergency Medicine experience

Current New York State license (NP or PA)

Active certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and BLS

Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
