Job description
Delphi Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a solo provider in the Emergency Department at a low-volume hospital in Ogdensburg, NY. This is a unique opportunity for an autonomous APP to lead patient care while earning competitive compensation.
Position Highlights:

Hourly Rate: $115/hour + $15/hour quality bonus

Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 12–16 shifts per month

Annual Compensation: $200,000–$300,000

Patient Volume: ~13,000 visits/year
Requirements:
-
Minimum 4 years as a solo APP in an Emergency Department

Proficiency in central lines, intubation, and other ED procedures

Current ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS (AHA) certifications

In-person role at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, Ogdensburg, NY

Deliver independent, high-quality emergency care
