ICU/Critical Care NP/PA Opportunity - Intensivist Team
Location: Middletown, NY - NYC 70m
Setting: Hospital-Based - MICU & SICU
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position, Employed
Shifts: Variable
Position Highlights
* Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team within a leading Hudson Valley health system
* Clinical management of ICU patients across MICU, SICU, step-down units, and outpatient settings
* Work closely with Intensivists, Pulmonary, Trauma, Anesthesiology, and Surgical teams
* Perform procedures, participate in discharges, and assist with pain management
* Role includes education and competency development for staff
* Shared responsibilities between NP and PA depending on licensure
Compensation
* Annual salary range: $120,254 - $142,081 (per NY salary transparency law)
* Additional compensation may include bonus/incentive, differentials, or other pay types
* Compensation based on experience, credentials, and internal equity

Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner:
* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
* NY State NP license required
* National certification (ANCC or AANP)
* DEA registration, BLS/ACLS required; ATLS/PALS preferred
* Opioid Prescriber Training & Infectious Disease Certificate required
* Critical Care experience preferred
Physician Assistant:
* Graduate of an accredited PA program
* NY State PA license required
* NCCPA certified
* DEA registration, BLS/ACLS required; ATLS/PALS preferred
* Critical Care experience preferred Estimated pay range/amount is Negotiable.
