Location:

Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Nights Only, 7 PM - 7 AM
Setting: 100% ICU
Compensation: $10K Commencement Bonus + $5K Retention Bonus (after years 2 and 3)
Job Description:
Seeking experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join the ICU team in Williamsburg, Virginia. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical care setting. The APP will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to ICU patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients
Perform advanced procedures, including arterial lines, central venous lines (CV Lines), thoracentesis, and paracentesis
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Participate in clinical decision-making and patient management
Qualifications:
Active NP or PA license
Certification in Acute Care (ACNP) or equivalent required
Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU or critical care experience preferred
Proficiency in performing advanced procedures
