Job Summary:
Valley Regional Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Medicine APP to join our emergency medicine team in the South Padre Island area.Qualified Candidates:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Emergency Medicine experience is required
- New graduates are not accepted
- This position includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision and disability

- 45,000 Annual volume with steady growth
- 2.2 patients per hour
- 36 hours of physician coverage per day
- 36 hours of APP coverage
- 22 bed Emergency Department
- Level III trauma center
- Primary Stroke Center
- Primary PCI
- 24 hours of Intensivist and Hospitalist coverage
- Dedicated Women's Center with dedicated L&D ED
