Job Title: Physician Assistant - Convenient Care (Locum Tenens)
Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration: ASAP through March 2025
Shift Schedule:
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Shift options: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm or 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Travel Arrangements:
• For candidates within driving distance: Round trip mileage and lodging will be covered.
• For candidates requiring flights: Please specify upfront so arrangements can be made.
Reference Requirements:
• A minimum of two professional references is required upon presentation.
• References should be from professional colleagues or medical directors from recent workplaces.
• These references must attest to the candidate’s current skill set, experience, and professional behavior.
Submission Requirements:
• Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
• Active Illinois License – Required
• Illinois Controlled Substance License – Required
Certification Requirements:
• Board Certified
State License Requirements:
• Illinois
Additional License Requirements:
• PA-C
