Seeking Emergency Medicine NP/PA to join team in Marion, Kentucky
Overview:
Sole mid-level provider

Sign-On Bonus: Receive up to $5,000 for committing to at least 3 shifts per month.
Comfortable Shifts: Work 24-hour shifts with access to a large call room for rest.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct physical exams, take patient histories, and diagnose various conditions.
Emergency Procedures: Perform wound care, suturing, minor surgeries, manage acute injuries, and administer emergency medications.
Critical Care Management: Stabilize critically ill patients and manage acute conditions.
Collaborative Care: Consult with on-call physicians and coordinate with local EMS for patient transfers.
Documentation and Follow-Up: Maintain accurate patient records and provide follow-up care instructions.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Licensure: Current state licensure as an NP or PA.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of emergency room experience preferred.
Skills: Strong clinical skills, independence, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
