Qualifications
ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
• Rates and availability must be submitted at time of name clear - Required
• Board Certified REQUIRED
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience - REQUIRED
• OH License - REQUIRED, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
• Proof of COVID Vaccination Status - REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS/PALS - Current at time of submission
• Clean background, no malpractice - REQUIRED, no exceptions
Working Hours
12 hour shifts; must be available 10-14 shifts/month
