Patients Per Shift: 70-90 patients in the ED daily per 4 providers
This is an ongoing need for .9 FTE (variable 36 hours/week) APC coverage
working 1:3-4 weekends.
Locum will actually work 1 FTE with extra time built in to complete all documentation and billing.
EM coverage for all ages with less acuity patients going to the APC's.
Shift times:
M-F 8a-8p OR 10a-10p (2 APC's on site)
Sat-Sun 10a-10p (1 APC on site)
There is always one MD/DO.
Procedures: splinting, casting, suturing, incision and Drainage, foreign body removal, joint aspirations.
AHA CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
