ER APP (Locum) needed for Watertown, SD

Order Description:
    1. Type (Guaranteed or, locum or perm): Locum
    2. Position (For example MD/DO or NP, PA, CRNA): APP
    3. Role (For example ER or ER+IP): ER
    4. Annual volume (& daily volume), (If applicable): Average 35 per 24 hours/around 12,000 annually
    5. Any second coverage: They are the 2nd coverage to the PHY
    6. Shift options (for example 10-, 12-, 24 hr shifts): 10a – 10p shifts/12hr shifts
    7. EMR: CPSI
    8. Trauma level: 4
Candidate Requirements:
    1. State License(s) accepted: SD License
    1. DEA/CSR required?: SD DEA & CSR
    2. Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Required but exemptions available
    1. BC/BE – will site accept non-boarded? Under what conditions: N/A
    1. What boards are accepted? ( EM, IM, FP) note if site accepts specialty board (ABPS) or not? N/A
    2. c. Residents –Y/N and what are the details? Not opposed but need weekday availability
    3. Life Certifications needed: BLS, ACLS, ATLS
    4. Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: N/A
    5. Procedures logs needed or past amount of experience required and in what timeframe: N/A
