**Locums Emergency Medicine APP opening in Rice Lake, WI**
* Dates: 5/29 - ongoing
* 5/29 orientation with coverage provided 5/30 - 5/31

* Level 4 Trauma Facility
* .9 FTE (36 hours/week)
* Includes every other weekend
* Shift times: 10am - 10pm, Monday - Sunday
* Acuity of Patients: 15% Resuscitation/Emergent, 50% Urgent, 35% Semi-Urgent/Non-Urgent
* Estimated 14000 visits per year
* 24/7 physician coverage
* Percent of admissions: 9.9% YTD
* Percent of transfers: 3.9% YTD
* Patients/shift: 10 - 20
* Department beds: 16
* EMR: Cerner
* Allowed holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (1/2 Day Commencing at Noon), & Christmas Day
**Requirements**

* ACLS, ATLS, BLS, & PALS
* AHA Certification
