NES Health seeks a Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice at Day Kimball Hospital located in Putnam, Connecticut.

• Radiology and Teleradiology at night 
• Interventional Radiology (during the day) 
• Stroke Center (send out TPA and thrombectomy candidates) 
• Anesthesiology (during the day) 
• Ultrasound (during the day) 
• OB/Gyn  
• Hospitalist 
• ENT 
• Cardiology 
• Neurology (tele-neurology) 
• ICU (2 beds)
• Psychology (6 beds)

About the Program and Hours

• 25 Bed ED
• 24,000 annual ED visits
• 20% admission rate from the ED
• 12 hour Physician shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a)
• 12 hour APP shifts (11a-11p)

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut license in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license
• Candidate Must be PA or FNP BE/BC
• Active ATLS, ACLS, and PALS
