A locum for a full time clinic only (no call) NP or PA is now available.
Required: APRN or PA-C, IL Active License, Current BLS, ACLS and PALS, References, Covid Vaccination Proof.
Details: Schedule is 7 days block, 8A-8P OR 5P to 5A (12 hour blocks), with some night/weekend availability). If traveling, will try to block shifts. On-staff doc shifts are 6a-5p, 11a-10p, 8p-6a.
4.0 FTE APPs and approximately 10 FTEs doctors on staff
Small amount of peds (10-15%) Adults, Geriatrics, Medicare, Medicaid
Facility information – 221 bed facility, 80-85 visits daily/30k annual ER visits, EPIC EHR
