Practice Details:
• This thriving community hospital is located just a little over an hour outside of Minneapolis & St. Paul
• Will include shifts at hospital ED, as well as urgency center - up to you whether you'd rather focus more on ED or urgency center!
• No night shifts and no call
• Extremely flexible schedule - block scheduling available
• Honored with the Women's Choice Award as one of America's Best Hospitals for Emergency Care
• 5-star rating from CMS for patient experience
• Work alongside hospital-employed, board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians in the ED, and practice autonomously as the lead provider in the Urgency Center
Position Details:
• Extremely competitive full-time compensation with 6 weeks' PTO = 150-170K+
• Signing bonus
• Experience preferred; new grads with prior nursing experience are also welcome to apply
• NP or PA
• Option for part-time, if desired
• Generous benefits package includes health/dental/vision insurance; CME stipend; cost of licensing, board examination fees, professional memberships, DEA, malpractice insurance are all covered
