- Other Details: A Board-Certified Acute Care APP with an active Arizona license, DEA, ATLS certification, and at least two years of experience is needed for ongoing 12-hour night shift coverage from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with scheduled dates including August 10–16, 18, 19, 30, and 31, and the potential for additional shifts. The position involves managing adult patients in a 269-bed Level 1 trauma hospital, working within a trauma service supported by dual-boarded critical care trauma surgeons and caring for both surgical trauma ICU and general trauma patients. The average daily patient census is 10–15, and the EMR system used is Cerner. Orientation hours are fully billable, and block scheduling is not offered. COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are required, with medical and religious exemptions accepted.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage surgical trauma ICU and general trauma cases
* Collaborate with dual-boarded critical care trauma surgeons
* Document all patient care using Cerner EMR
* Participate in hospital orientation (all hours billable)
Qualifications
* Active Arizona state license
* DEA license required
* ATLS certification required
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
* Compliance with COVID-19 and flu vaccine requirements (medical/religious exemptions allowed)

* Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
* Scheduled dates: August 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 30, 31
* Additional shifts may become available
* No block scheduling offered
Skills
* Experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital
