Nurse Practitioner
Physician Assistant
A mid-sized dermatology practice in Palm Springs is now seeking to add a seasoned Dermatology Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to their team immediately!
About the Practice:
The practice has several growing locations located throughout Southern California, which includes locations in Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange County. They are looking for a full-time (4/5 days a week) Dermatologist to work out of multiple locations in and round Riverside and San Bernardino county.
Combination of work locations would include 3-4 locations,
Services-Medical and Surgical plus some Cosmetics.
This is a great position for a PA/NP who wants deliver great patient care to an underserved area, be rewarded by the group for service excellence and continue to perfect craft, while improving standards of care across the company.
Qualifications:
Consideration is strictly based on alignment of company’s vision, mission and values.
Interested in an opportunity to grow long-term with the practice
Must be adaptable and change with a growing company, participate in expansion conversations, be a face to the dermatology community in which he or she serves.
Earn in opportunity discussions have taken place and may be available after first couple of years of employment.
Must have a CA license/be in the process of applying
Must have a MINIMUM of TWO YEARS of prior dermatology experience as a practicing physician assistant/nurse practitioner (no new grad applications are accepted at this time).
Details:
Medical, Surgical and Cosmetic dermatology
4.5-5 Day Per Week
Multi-specialty Group Derm/Plastics
Bonus Structure based on production/RVU, clear analytics data provided each month
3-5 weeks of combined vacation/cme and sick
2,500 annual cme allowance
Malpractice, dues, license and subscriptions paid for annually
Flexibility of work days and locations
EMA medical records
2 MA Scribes
Moving Allowance
Health Insurance
Locations 30 minutes apart
Reverse traffic commute from coastal areas
