Aesthetic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Fort Worth Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and provide aesthetic, wellness, and patient-focused care. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with experience in injectables, aesthetics, wellness, and medspa services who is interested in working alongside an experienced plastic surgery team.

Responsibilities

The provider will have the opportunity to provide a variety of aesthetic and wellness services, including:

• Administer Botox and dermal fillers
• Perform Ellacor® Micro-Coring® treatments in the office
• Provide BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy) services
• Evaluate and manage medical weight-loss patients
• Perform medspa good-faith examinations
• Provide injectable services at the Fort Worth and Weatherford locations based on practice needs
• Provide Saturday injectable appointments in Fort Worth as needed
• Educate patients on available aesthetic, wellness, and treatment options
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients
• Collaborate with the plastic surgery team to provide high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Texas PA or NP license and applicable certifications
• Experience with Botox and dermal fillers
• Aesthetic or medspa experience preferred
• Experience with or interest in BHRT and medical weight management
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the plastic surgery team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
