Location: Davenport, Muscatine, and Clinton, IA
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Compensation: $95,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities
Position Overview
A growing dermatology and aesthetic medicine practice is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with a passion for non-surgical facial rejuvenation and exceptional patient care.
This position is ideal for a provider with established injector experience who enjoys helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals through personalized treatment plans and advanced cosmetic procedures.

Clinical Responsibilities
* Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Administer:
* Neuromodulators (Botox and similar products)
* Dermal fillers
* Deliver exceptional patient education and treatment recommendations
* Build and maintain long-term patient relationships
* Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout treatment
* Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
* Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications
* Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Iowa
* Certification in:
* Neurotoxins
* Dermal fillers
* Minimum of 1–2 years of aesthetic injector experience required
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to build patient trust and retention
* Passion for cosmetic medicine and facial aesthetics
