We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join a respected dermatology group in Enid, Oklahoma. The PA will practice at an advanced level, working closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients. This is a unique opportunity to step into a busy, established practice with strong physician and APP support, built-in admin time, and a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with dedicated admin time
- Patient Volume: See approximately 128 patients per week in a well-organized, efficient practice.
- Call Schedule: Minimal after-hours responsibility limited to patient calls only. Rotation among 15 providers
- Team Support: Work closely with a team of experienced dermatologists and advanced practice providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care for acute and chronic dermatologic conditions across all ages.
- Perform histories, physical exams, dermatologic procedures, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
- Make advanced clinical decisions and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
- Participate in telemedicine and telehealth as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communication with staff and patients.
- Support a positive clinic environment and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program.
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare or clinical experience, including PA training; dermatology experience preferred but not required.
- Current or pending Oklahoma PA license (or Acknowledgement of Receipt of Application from the Oklahoma Medical Board).
- NCCPA Certification (PANCE).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- This position is for Physician Assistants only.
