A well-established, patient-focused dermatology practice in Sarasota is seeking an experienced Dermatology Provider to join a growing team. This is a high-volume, mostly medical dermatology role with strong earning potential and long-term upside.
Practice Highlights

30–35 patients per day

Primarily medical dermatology

Established patient base with consistent demand

Supportive clinical staff and efficient workflows

Minimal cosmetics unless desired
Compensation & Incentives

Year 1 Base Salary: $150,000+ (guaranteed)

Plus collections/production incentives

Year 2: Transition to collections model

Additional $25,000+ potential (DOE)

Schedule

Monday–Friday preferred

Open to schedule discussions for the right candidate

Candidate Requirements
