Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality dermatologic care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for a wide range of skin conditions
Perform office-based procedures (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, cosmetic treatments, etc.)
Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain thorough medical records
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff in a team-based setting
Educate patients on prevention, treatment plans, and skincare best practices
Qualifications
Certified NP/PA with an active, unrestricted NJ license
Minimum 1–2 years of Dermatology experience preferred
Strong clinical skills in both outpatient and minor surgical procedure settings
Ability to work independently while integrating with a multidisciplinary team
Working Hours
4-day workweek (flexible to meet provider preferences)
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for patient scheduling)
Skills
Proficiency in dermatologic procedures (medical and cosmetic)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
