Join our dermatology practice located in Maryland, providing comprehensive and innovative dermatological care to patients of all ages. We are currently seeking a Dermatologist Physician Assistant for a maternity coverage assignment on the East Coast.
Practice Setting:
- The patient panel is primarily adults and elderly (65+), with some teens and young adults
- Support Staff includes shared Medical Assistants
- Charting: Next Tech EMR system, with training available if needed
Location:
- Hike, bike, or explore nature preserves, all within easy reach. Frederick has beautiful scenery for outdoor recreation
- Experience a relatively lower cost of living compared to other major East Coast cities
Job Responsibilities
Types of Cases: General dermatology and cosmetic procedures
Procedures: Skin biopsy, mole removal, chemical peel, shave removal, cryo surgeries, Botox, micro-needling, and more
Qualifications
Certified Dermatology Physician Assistant
BLS and DEA certifications required
Working Hours
3-6 month assignment
Enjoy a flexible work schedule (3+ days/week) with Fridays currently required
Hours: Monday to Wednesday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm; Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm; Friday: 7:30 am - 2:30 pm
Outpatient setting with no call requirements
