OPEN POSITION:
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Dermatology
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 4 Days per Week
- Monday to Thursday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Minimal On-Call
COMPENSATION:
- $120,000 to $130,000 Base Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience
- Generous Bonus Structure

LOCATION:
Montrose, Colorado
COMPANY PROFILE:
This private dermatology practice opened in 2012 and currently employs three physicians - two general dermatologists and one fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. They operate out of a beautiful office that offers a bright and modern space, which is well-received by both patients and the community. It has a separate Mohs suite and histotechnology laboratory. They provide medical and cosmetic dermatology services, including Botox and fillers, laser resurfacing, and body contouring.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new provider will work with highly-trained clinical assistants and on-site management in a comfortable, modern outpatient private practice setting. The practice offers both medical and cosmetic services and the provider may practice in either or both areas, based on their preference.
The services of the practice include, but are not limited to:
- medical dermatology
- cosmetic dermatology
- skin cancer services
- acne treatment
- Mohs surgery
- CoolSculpting
- Botox
- hair removal
- and much more
Providers typically see between 28 and 30 patients per day, based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled.
The patient base consists of adults and geriatrics.
The practice uses Modernizing Medicine EMA.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Colorado NP or PA license
- DEA
- 2+ years of dermatology experience
