Locums – Physician Assistant | Trauma Surgery - Portsmouth, New Hampshire
(Meditech Expanse | Inpatient Trauma & Critical Care Rounding | ATLS Required)
Assignment Overview:
- Start: ASAP - Dec. 30, 2025
- Schedule:
- Shift Options:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour shift)
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shift)
- 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (12-hour shift)
- Inpatient trauma and critical care rounding
- First assist in trauma surgery preferred
- No outpatient responsibilities
- Daily trauma coverage and back-up support
- Multiple shifts open in September and October
- Candidates must be available for a minimum of 8–9 days of on-site trauma coverage / back-up coverage
- Flexible shift combinations (8-hr or 12-hr) available
- License: Active New Hampshire PA or APRN license required
- Certifications Required:
- ATLS
- ACLS
- Facility is actively hiring additional trauma surgeons (5th and 6th in process)
- Strong APP coverage supports trauma rounding and procedural volume
