Join a mission-driven, community-focused hospital serving Chicago’s West and Southwest Sides. We have an opportunity for a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant covering a 15-bed ICU. Highlights:
- Work in a closed ICU with two physicians and another APN

Schedule:
- Two weeks of nights (7 days) per month (12-hour shifts)
- One week of days per month, Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts)
- One week off per month
Qualifications:
- Critical Care experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Active Illinois state license
