We’ve got your perfect night shift.
AdventHealth Palm Coast or Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Practice Provider (APP) — either a Nurse Practitioner (ACNP/AGACNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) — to join our Critical Care Medicine team as a Nocturnist. This full-time, 7-on/7-off night role offers the best of both worlds: high-acuity ICU action and plenty of beach days off.
What You'll Do:
- Provide inpatient ICU care for adult critical care patients
- Manage overnight admissions, rounding, codes, and rapid responses
- Work alongside collaborative intensivists and hospitalists
- Use Epic EMR + access to state-of-the-art ICU tech
- Enjoy night shift autonomy in a supportive hospital culture
Requirements:
- Graduate of an ACNP/AGACNP or PA program
- Licensed (or eligible) in Florida
- National certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA)
- ACLS & BLS certified
- 1+ year ICU or inpatient experience preferred
- Able to work independently overnight in a fast-paced environment
