LOA: 6 months (starting August 2021)
Reason: provider is out on FMLA.
Reason: provider is out on FMLA.
Providers will see their own patients - they will assist with same day/emergency visits and pre/post op visits.
Provider will need to assist with stress test and nuclear studies. Would be beneficial if provider could read EKG’s, telemetry, stress tests and nuclear studies.
Will see patients every 30 minutes from 7:30 – 3:30.
Will have an hour break for lunch.
No evening or weekend hours and closed for holidays.
No hospital coverage or call coverage expected for this provider.
EMR is EPIC.
