- Hours: Clinic is open M-F, 7am-5pm. Working hours are flexible within that timeframe.

- Sign-On Bonus: $24999
- Compensation: Competitive/negotiable compensation + productivity incentives - Signing bonus up to $25,000 - Relocation bonus up to $10,000
