Job Summary:
Centennial Heart Cardiovascular Consultants at TriStar Centennial Medical Center are seeking an experienced advanced heart failure advanced practice provider to join their group in Nashville, Tennessee.
Qualified Candidates:
· Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
· Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
· Critical care or previous cardiology experience preferred
· Advanced heart failure and/or cardiac critical care experience a plus
· Ability to work collaboratively
· Full time, M-F outpatient only
