You will manage both acute and chronic conditions while working closely with a multidisciplinary care team. Care is delivered across a mix of outpatient and community-based settings, allowing for continuity without high-volume pressure or hospital demands.

  • No nights or weekends
  • Manageable daily patient volume
  • Blend of outpatient and community-based care
  • Strong team-based and clinical support
  • Emphasis on quality, continuity, and patient relationships
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Continuing education and professional development support

What we’re looking for

  • Active Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts
  • NCCPA certification
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
  • Comfortable managing acute and chronic primary care conditions
  • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical judgment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader care team
  • Experience in primary care or outpatient settings preferred, not required

Compensation & benefits

  • Salary range: $106,000–$149,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Medical insurance with employer contribution
  • Dental and vision coverage
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick time, and holidays
  • Retirement plan with employer contribution
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage
  • Life insurance and flexible spending options
  • Continuing education allowance with paid CME days
