What we’re looking for
- Active Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts
- NCCPA certification
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Comfortable managing acute and chronic primary care conditions
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader care team
- Experience in primary care or outpatient settings preferred, not required
Compensation & benefits
- Salary range: $106,000–$149,000 (commensurate with experience)
