About the Role
* Combination inpatient and outpatient cardiology practice
* Monday–Friday schedule
* Inpatient responsibilities include:
* New consults
* Stress test supervision
* Follow-up visits
* Early discharges
* Outpatient responsibilities include:
* New patient and follow-up clinic visits
* Timely administrative and documentation tasks using Epic EMR
* Join a full-service cardiology program with more than 30 experienced providers across six clinic locations, supporting five hospitals in the region
* Part of a large, hospital-employed multispecialty physician group with over 400 providers

Qualifications
* Nurse Practitioner: Graduate of an accredited NP program with national certification
* Physician Assistant: Graduate of an AMA-approved PA program with NCCPA certification
* Preference for two or more years of cardiology experience
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative
* Eligible for or holding an unrestricted North Carolina license
* DEA registration required
* AHA BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
* Clean professional background
