Cardiology PA Locums - North Carolina, No Call
Flexible ICU schedule in North Carolina with no call, 12-hour shifts, and procedures; Cardiovascular ICU experience preferred.
Highlights
- No call required; all shift-based work
- Rotating day, night, and weekend options
- 84 hours every 2 weeks; you pick your weeks
Practice Setting
- Inpatient CVICU at a leading heart institute
- 16-bed cardiovascular ICU
- Team includes 5 intensivists and 6 advanced practice providers
- EPIC EMR
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts: 6:30a-7p and 6:30p-7a
- 1-2 weeks per month needed
- Day, night, and weekend blocks available
Cases and Procedures
- Patient assessment, diagnostics, and treatment plans
- Routine procedures: arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, pacing wires
- Comprehensive cardiovascular critical care
Requirements
- Certified PA
- Cardiovascular ICU preferred
- Active North Carolina license
- ACLS, BLS, DEA required
